Trying to conceive can be an intensely emotional experience. Often hopeful on the outside, yet exhausting on the inside. The constant cycle of waiting, counting days, managing expectations, holding it together. Fertility challenges don’t just affect the mind; they live in the body. Stress accumulates in the nervous system. Grief settles into the breath. And over time, even hope can begin to ache.
This gathering is created specifically for women navigating the weight of fertility challenges – a space to release what words can’t carry, to soften the pressure to be strong, and to reconnect with yourself without expectation.
Through breathwork, journaling, and shared presence, we will explore how the body can begin to let go of what has been silently held – not by fixing or forcing, but by allowing the body to speak and the breath to lead.
Important: Breathwork is not recommended for women who are pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant, as a safety precaution. For further information, see FAQ at bottom of this page.

what to expect
We begin with a calm arrival, a moment to settle, breathe, and simply arrive. In a short welcome circle, you're invited to share only if it feels comfortable. Speaking is optional; your presence is enough. No one is asked to explain their story; this is a space of recognition, not interrogation.
Evelin will guide a 60-minute breathwork journey using conscious, connected breathing to support nervous system regulation and emotional release. This is not about manifesting or trying to make something happen. It is about allowing; letting breath move through the places where stress, grief, or fear may have settled. What words cannot express, the body holds. Breath becomes the bridge that lets it soften.
After breathwork, we pause for tea and reflection. Those who feel called may share what surfaced. Maybe a sensation, a feeling, or a moment of release. Without pressure to find the right words.
Vivienne will then guide a short journaling practice through Florish prompts, offering space for inner clarity and self-compassion. We close together, not with solutions, but with remembrance: this journey is heavy, but you do not have to walk it alone.
