Whether you're a seasoned pro or trying an ice bath for the first time, our private, audio-guided sessions are designed to suit everyone.
Comfort and Privacy
Enjoy a completely private room with a separate toilet, where you can relax and focus during your 15-minute session. We've got you covered with complimentary towels and slippers for your convenience.
Guided by an Expert
Choose from three audio guides crafted by our certified breath-work instructor. You'll be guided step-by-step through preparation, breathwork, and the entire session, ensuring a calm and focused experience. Each session ends with a guided warm up exercise.
Spacious and Hygienic
Our XL-sized ice bath is designed for full immersion and meets the highest hygiene standards, giving you plenty of space to lean back and fully immerse in the cold.
what to know before booking
Each time you use our ice bath, you can choose from five session types;
1. First time user
2. Morning motivation
3. Rebalance
4. Focus and activation
5. Problem solving
You can choose whether you want this accompanied by a pre-recorded guided audio + animated breathing guide or not.
We have a bathing suit policy, please wear a bathing suit. In the cold season, we advise to bring warm clothing to wear after the session.
Ice baths, while beneficial for many, are not suitable for everyone. Certain individuals should avoid or consult with a healthcare provider before using ice baths, these include those with any of the following:
- Cardiovascular conditions Raynaud's disease
- Nerve damage or neuropathy:
- Respiratory conditions
- Pregnant women
- Open wounds or infections
- Extreme cold intolerance

Each individual session is for 15 minutes, this can be for up to three people. If you want to book back to back sessions with a group of people that is possible. Let our team know when you make your booking so we can accomodate you.
While we have pre-recorded audio guides we will have a ice bath workshop once a month with two certified instructors.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A SESSION?
Whenever you book a session with us, our friendly team will always be avaliable to assist you getting set up and are fully trained to explain health and safety. Below we walk you through each session on offer. Note that you do not need to decide which session to do when booking, simply choose upon arrival.
FIRST TIME ICE BATH SESSION
This session is ideal for first time ice bath users. It includes a warm up exercise, Wim Hof breathing tutorial once in the water, continuous instructions, positive reinforcement and repition. It finishes with a warm up exercise and instructions for after care.
REBALANCE + INTENTION SETTING
This session is all about finding inner balance. We set an intention together, and prepare the body for the cold shock. During the time in the water we use guided alternate nostril breathing. The session ends with a guided warm up exercise and tips for after care
FOCUS AND ACTIVATION
This session is all about aligning the mind and body, by using diaphragmatic breathing we are able to become more aware of our physical being and how it impacts our mind. The session concludes with a guided warm up exercise inspired by Wim Hof, we share tips for aftercare.
MORNING MOTIVATION
Lets get you up and running! This session features the classic Wim Hof breathing technique, we guide you to warm up the body, and once in the water you will hear motivational prompts to make the most of the session. We end with a guided warm up exercise and tips for after care.
PROBLEM SOLVING
This session is for experienced ice bathers. We guide you through a short visualised meditation, aimed at clearing the mind of tension and frustration. Throughout the session we use the box breathing technique. We end the session with a guided warm up exercise and tips for aftercare.
