Malu has been teaching and sharing her love for yoga since 2016. What began as a personal journey toward mindful movement has grown into a deep passion for guiding others. After exploring the yoga scene in Bali, she completed over 400 hours of training, including Vinyasa and Yin Teacher Trainings at De Nieuwe Yogaschool in Amsterdam. Her classes blend movement, stillness, and carefully curated music, inviting students to flow, soften, and connect. As a journalist, Malu understands the pressures of modern life and yoga offers her, and those she teaches, space in both body and mind.
