Join us for a grounding and educational morning dedicated to supporting your body’s immune system, hormonal balance, and seasonal wellbeing. Rooted in holistic nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine and embodied practice, this session is designed to explore how to align your body and energy with autumn’s rhythm and help you move through autumn with vitality and steadiness.

what to expect

Begin your morning with Audrey, who will guide you through a soft, grounding journey designed to honor the shift of the seasons. Autumn is a time of transition, from yang to yin, from movement to stillness. As the world around you slows down, you’ll be invited to do the same: to release what no longer serves, and to reconnect with your inner landscape.

Chef and holistic health practitioner Amelie will then host an educational workshop exploring the topics of hormones, stress, gut health & immunity. Together, you’ll learn how to nourish your immune system through nutrition and herbal medicine, including a live demonstration of how to prepare your own natural remedies for the colder months ahead. 

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), autumn is guided by the Metal element, which symbolizes clarity, structure, and the power of letting go. Just as trees shed their leaves, we’re invited to release what no longer serves us and create space for renewal. Through the breath (the domain of the Lungs) and digestion (the Large Intestine), we practice the balance between taking in and letting go.

We’ll close with a warming, immunity-supporting autumnal lunch, crafted to support our bodies.

Meet Audrey & Amelie

Audrey is a movement guide and yoga teacher whose practice weaves together somatic exploration, strength in softness, and grounding rituals. Rooted in a deep love for juicy, embodied movement and ancient wisdom that still speaks to modern life, Audrey creates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves through presence and sensation. Her flows invite a balance between effort and ease, between strong, grounded structure and the fluidity of deep rest.

Amelie is a holistic nutrition practitioner, chef, and educator based in Amsterdam. With a background in nutrition and a passion for creating meaningful experiences around food, she blends science with soul in her approach to wellness. Amelie designs bespoke menus for private events and leads workshops that empower women to better understand their bodies- especially through the lens of hormonal health and nourishment.
