Sacred Sundays
Description
Sacred Sundays are community circles where we gather as a group of diverse souls.
These weekly “time out of time” gatherings take place in a peaceful setting, offering you a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others. Within a deeply held space of safety, authenticity, and non-judgment, we invite you to soften, breathe, and return to what matters most.
Each ceremony is enriched with the grounding ritual of cacao and blue lotus. Every session carries a new theme — after Sofie’s travel to Peru the themes Radical Honesty, The Power of Discernment, or Belonging where born— it invites you to reflect, come to a place of clarity, compassion, and connection.
Through a blend of somatic practices, reflective journaling, and a Reiki-infused guided meditation and mantra we create space for both release and restoration. These rituals are designed to help you meet the challenges of modern life while creating a life more aligned with your soul.
As Clarissa Pinkola Estés writes:
“If you have a scar, that is a door… If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
Let the body, the ritual, and the circle be your doors — into grounding, restoration, and self-care.
Please arrive on time. To respect the container and everyone within it, we won’t be able to let you in once the ceremony has begun.
