SESSION FLOW
We begin with an educational and experiential session exploring the intimate relationship between the gut, brain, and hormones.
The Brain–Gut Connection: Why gut health is foundational for hormonal balance and emotional regulation
Stress in the Body: What stress really is, how it manifests physically, and how to work with it rather than against it
Back to Basics: Simple, guilt-free ways to nourish yourself, no cleanses, powders, or extremes. Just sustainable, intuitive nutrition that truly supports your gut
This session includes a mini breakfast with ferments, grounding the theory into lived experience, with a hands-on element introducing the principles of fermentation and gut-friendly foods.
Yin & Breathwork with Audrey
Moving into the body, this session combines gentle yin yoga and breathwork, inspired by the element of water, inviting softness, fluidity, and release. Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Audrey guides you through practices that calm the nervous system, support organ health, and encourage emotional flow, creating space for deep restoration.
Red Light Therapy with Haylin
We close with a restorative red light therapy session focused on gut health, supporting cellular repair, inflammation reduction, and nervous system balance. During this final integration phase, you’ll be served a warming Ayurvedic tea, allowing the body to fully absorb the day’s practices and gently transition back into the world.

Meet Audrey & Amelie
Audrey is a movement guide and yoga teacher whose practice weaves together somatic exploration, strength in softness, and grounding rituals. Rooted in a deep love for juicy, embodied movement and ancient wisdom that still speaks to modern life, Audrey creates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves through presence and sensation. Her flows invite a balance between effort and ease, between strong, grounded structure and the fluidity of deep rest.
Amelie is a holistic nutrition practitioner, chef, and educator based in Amsterdam. With a background in nutrition and a passion for creating meaningful experiences around food, she blends science with soul in her approach to wellness. Amelie designs bespoke menus for private events and leads workshops that empower women to better understand their bodies- especially through the lens of hormonal health and nourishment.
