Join us for bi weekly Sunday mornings for a slow, intentional run designed to shift your mindset, connect with others, and ease into the week ahead.
the mood board

Led by Nina van Raay, psychologist, yoga and reiki teacher. each run begins at 9:30 in our space. Nina will introduce a theme (from limiting beliefs to stress, presence, or self-trust) and guide you in setting a personal intention for the run.
From there, we head out together for a relaxed, social run along the canals at an easy pace (around 6.3 min/km). This is not about performance, it’s about moving your body, clearing your mind, and being part of a community.
After the run, we return to the center for matcha and nourishing treats, giving space to land, connect, and carry the intention into your week.

this is for you if
Sundays sometimes feel heavy, restless, or a bit anxious
You want to start your week feeling clear, grounded, and intentional
You’re craving connection, but not in a loud or overwhelming way
You enjoy movement, but don’t resonate with performance or pressure
You like the idea of running, but at a pace where you can still breathe and chat
You’re curious about mindset, self-development, or inner work (without it feeling too serious)
You want a ritual that feels nourishing — mentally, physically, and socially
You’d rather drink matcha and have a meaningful conversation than rush off after a workout
