Whether you're in the middle of a fertility journey or simply want to better understand your body before that chapter begins, this masterclass offers a calm, grounded space to explore the connection between fertility, nervous system health and emotional wellbeing.

In this 90-minute session, Vivienne van Luik (founder of Florish) guides participants through gentle education, somatic practices and reflective journaling — helping you recognise how stress and emotional load can live in the body, and how small moments of regulation can bring more ease into everyday life.

You'll leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of what your body may be asking for — wherever you are on your journey.

Part 2 — Embodiment

You will be guided through some exercises to better understand the nervous system, how stress and emotional load show up in the body, and the fertility connection.

Part 3 integration

We then move into a somatic Practice, which includes guided regulation exercises to experience the tools firsthand, not just hear about them.
