Masterclass: Small Habits, Inner Direction + Guided Writing

This 90-minute guided writing session explores habits not only as routines, but as small forms of inner direction. Through guided writing, reflection and simple conceptual frameworks, participants are invited to observe which habits currently support them, which ones feel disconnected from what they need or want and what small daily actions may create more balance across body, mind and inner life. Inspired by the idea that repeated actions quietly become seeds for the next phase of our lives, this session offers a calm space to reflect on what is already being cultivated, what may need more care, and what kind of rhythm feels supportive at this moment.

The Energetics of Emotion & Emotional Alchemy

Most of us were taught to think about our feelings, but we were never taught how to move with and process them. When emotions aren't processed, they don't disappear- they live in our nervous systems as burnout, in our relationships as patterns of avoidance, and in our bodies as tension, discomfort and other various forms. In this 7-part bi-weekly experiential series, we move beyond the "why" and into the "how." Through somatic release, connection, nervous system regulation, and ancestral, earth-based wisdom like the throat-womb and pelvic floor connection, you will learn to bridge the gap between your physical body and your emotional landscape.
