May 10th 9:30-11:30 | When Nature Calls Center Amsterdam

Beyond the surface. Into what's real.

Microdosing has entered the mainstream conversation — but most of that conversation stops at the surface. This workshop goes deeper.

In a grounded, trauma-informed space, we move beyond the clinical facts and into the more honest question: why do we reach for it? What are we seeking — and what might we be avoiding?

Drawing on nervous system science, Jungian shadow work, and somatic practice, this session blends clear education with embodied exploration. You'll leave not just informed, but more connected to yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Science & shadow

Evidence-based nervous system education woven with Jungian shadow work, because neither alone tells the full story.

Trauma-informed space

Genuine psychological safety is built in from the first breath. This topic deserves that level of care, and we hold it.

Embodied inquiry

Not just what microdosing does — but why we reach for it. A somatic meditation brings you into the body, not just the mind.

what to expect

Session flow. 5 Parts.

Phase 1 — Opening & Grounding

Nervous system settling

Arrive fully present

We open with a grounding practice designed to settle the nervous system and establish genuine psychological safety — because this topic deserves that care.

Phase 2 — The Education Arc

Fact vs. hype

What we actually know

We move through an arc that separates fact from hype: what microdosing actually is, what the research shows, and where the clinical lens ends and real self-inquiry begins.

Phase 3 — Shadow Work

Jungian framing

From what it does to why we reach for it

Drawing on Jungian framing, we explore what microdosing can surface in us — and why that is worth paying attention to. This is where the real inquiry lives.

Phase 4 — Somatic Meditation

Embodied exploration

Meeting what's beneath

A guided somatic meditation — an invitation to meet what is beneath the surface rather than bypass it. To feel, not just think.

Phase 5 — Integration & Closing

Reflection & grounding

Let it land

We close with time for reflection, integration, and grounding — journaling, sharing, or simply sitting with what arrived. No rush to leave.
