New Moon Restorations & Full Moon Integrations our approach

The moon doesn't just move the tides, it moves us. Long before it was ritual, the lunar cycle was rhythm: a fourteen-day pulse between release and renewal that our bodies still quietly track. Our ceremonies are built around that pulse, using it as a doorway between the physical and the spiritual, rather than treating the two as separate.

We don't separate the physical from the spiritual - we treat the body as the entry point to it. Breath, cacao, the pull of the lunar phase itself: these are physiological anchors that ground the ceremony in something real and felt, so the spiritual work that follows isn't abstract — it's embodied. New moon ceremonies are built for restoration: nervous system down-regulation, stillness, intention-setting from a place of rest. Full moon ceremonies are built for integration: using the body's natural peak in energy to metabolize what's been building, and release what's ready to go.

Full Moon Integration (Sturgeon moon)

You can understand your patterns, know where they come from, and recognize what needs to change, and still feel the same tension, emotional weight or protective response in your body.

Insight matters, but our wellbeing also depends on what we are able to process and integrate.

Full Moon Integration is a 90-minute space to come back into the body, regulate the nervous system and give yourself time to release & process what you may have been carrying without realizing how much energy it requires.

This ceremony takes place on the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, an emotional point within eclipse season connected with completion, surrender and the things we can no longer resolve through more effort or control.

The Virgo–Pisces axis brings attention to something many of us struggle with: knowing when something needs our action and when continuing to manage, analyze or hold everything together is becoming part of the exhaustion.

On the Full Moon itself, we create intentional space to slow down and notice what is happening beneath the thoughts: where we hold tension, which emotions need more room, what feels complete, and what our body has been communicating while the mind has been busy trying to find an answer.

During the evening, we will work with:
* Intentionally selected ceremonial cacao for grounding and presence
* Gentle breathwork and embodiment practices
* An Akashic Records journey
* Collective Reiki for nervous system regulation and integration
* Guided Lunar Eclipse reflection
* Therapeutic sound healing
* Oracle card guidance

There is no pressure to force a release or arrive knowing what needs to change. The intention is to create enough space to listen to what is already present and allow the body to be part of the process.

The ceremony is facilitated by an Integrative Therapist and Reiki Master & Teacher, combining trauma-informed psychology, nervous system work and holistic practices in a grounded and supportive setting.

We spend so much time trying to understand ourselves. Sometimes our wellbeing asks us to stop analyzing for a moment and experience what is actually happening within us.

New Moon Restoration

New Moon Restoration: A Trauma-Informed Moon Ceremony / OR New Moon Restoration Ceremony

We often know what would support our wellbeing. More rest, stronger boundaries, healthier routines, less pressure, more time in our bodies.

The difficult part is creating enough space to actually live that way.

New Moon Restoration is a 60-minute embodied ceremony designed to regulate the nervous system, reconnect you with your body and create space for a new cycle.

This New Moon in Virgo brings our attention back to wellbeing, daily rhythms and the relationship we have with our own needs.

Virgo is deeply connected with the way we care for ourselves in everyday life: how much we expect from ourselves, how we structure our days, how we respond to tiredness and stress, and whether the routines we have built genuinely support the life we are living.

For people who are used to being capable, self-aware and responsible, wellbeing can easily become another project. We know what we should be doing, add another practice, improve another habit, and continue asking ourselves to function better.

Meanwhile, the body may be asking for something much simpler.

This New Moon is an opportunity to notice what actually restores you, what has become unnecessarily complicated, and what needs to change for your everyday life to feel more supportive from the inside.

There is another reason this particular New Moon carries significance within my work. September 11 marks the beginning of the Numerological New Year, making our ceremony on September 10 a space to consciously close one cycle before entering another.

We will use this evening to restore first. To come back into the body, notice what you want to leave behind and create intentions for the next cycle from a more regulated and connected place.

During the evening, we will work with:
* Ceremonial cacao carefully selected by When Nature Calls for grounding and embodied presence
* Gentle breathwork and nervous system practices
* Guided Virgo New Moon meditation and reflection
* Collective Reiki for deep relaxation and restoration
* Therapeutic sound healing
* Intention setting for the new lunar and numerological cycle
* Oracle card guidance to close the experience

The intention of this hour is simple: to give your system enough space to slow down and recognize what genuinely supports you before asking yourself where you want to go next.

The ceremony is facilitated by an Integrative Therapist, Reiki Master & Teacher and Certified Numerologist, bringing together trauma-informed psychology, nervous system awareness, and energy work in a grounded, embodied setting.
