Trough a deep inner process she discovered that she wanted to work differently. Now she combines the power of Psychology with Shamanic practices, Reiki, meditation, visualizations and bodywork. She works on different layers of our system, she doesn’t believe in quick-fixes, but she believes in sustainable healing.

Her Australian sense of humour & down-to-earth nature makes each lesson fun - yet dont be fooled as her eye is meticulous & she strives to have her clients leave with a sense of acomplishment. As founder of Sundara Retreat, Audrey designs experiences that nourish both body and mind while creating space for presence, authenticity, and connection. Drawing from yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation and ancient wisdom, she curates immersive retreats that help participants reconnect with their bodies, release what is not theirs, and come home to their natural rhythm and joy.Sundara means ‘beautiful’ in Sanskrit, but not the kind that lives in the mirror. Originally from a dance background, I first discovered pilates 15 years ago and could not understand why it had not caught on.I started practicing a classical style of pilates and I fell in love with the pulsing, breathwork and connection to my core that I found in no other workouts. It also complimented my other exercise, particularly helping me as a dancer.
When I came to Amsterdam I found my passion for health and fitness after stopping exercise completely during covid and losing connection to my body. Here I found how to bring joy into movement, to feel stronger and more confident in my body.
I completed Pose Barre Certification to become a Barre instructor, then expanded to teaching mat pilates followed by Reformer and completing the Pilat3s certification. Most recently I am studying with the international body BASI Pilates.Alongside this, I have been studying as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach at IIN, as I take a holistic approach including how our nutrition and other lifestyle factors compliment our overall health and wellbeing.
I believe in the ethos that each part of our lifestyle needs to compliment and be in sync, to see and feel the most benefits and progress.My goal is to make each of you feel amazing in your own body, to feel challenged and excited about lifestyle habits and goals to live your best feeling self.

Meet Claire. With a background in the hospitality industry, she has always been driven by the art of creating meaningful experiences. Over the years, she deepened her connection to yoga, completing a 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training and a 50-hour Yoga Nidra training. Through this journey, she not only expanded her practice but also discovered her passion for facilitating.
Pippa Morris
Power pilates
Pippa fell in love with Pilates whilst living in Australia, after suffering from an injury at the gym, pilates taught her how to look after her body whilst rebuilding stronger. After qualifying as a pilates instructor just before the pandemic, she launched her own online Pilates business during the UK lockdowns, helping people come together over big pilates burns from the comfort of their homes.
Now based in Amsterdam, she teaches at several studios around the city, bringing a warm, supportive approach to every class. Her sessions are all designed to make you feel strong and leave with your head held high. Prepare for a burn.

Agata has been guiding sound baths since 2019. Since the age of 4 until the age of 18 she has been coached in singing.
She has been trained as a medicine woman under 2 shamans from Portugal, Maria Silvia and Catarina Riberio. She is also certified as an Ayurvedic therapist while studying under Miriam Alberts and received her certification as a sound therapist while under the wings of Stacey Griffin.
When Agata is not guiding sound baths you can find her giving treatments to clients in her Ayurvedic studio or guiding shamanic ceremonies. She loves baking cakes and travelling through the Polish mountain side.

When I became a Pilates teacher, I discovered the power of showing up — for my students and for myself. Movement became non-negotiable, like my daily playlist. Then came meditation — the missing piece that brought me balance: strength + stillness + joy.
Life hasn’t always been easy. Stressful jobs, painful goodbyes, and personal challenges cracked me open. What held me through was my toolbox: movement, meditation, music, and mindset. They became my anchors — bringing me back to myself.
