The Calm Down is a music and wellness experience by Los Angeles-based independent label Avant Garden, in collaboration with When Nature Calls, taking over their Biohacking Center during Amsterdam Dance Event.

Designed as a reset from ADE's hectic energy, The Calm Down brings together music, wellness and community under one roof. Throughout the event, guests can take part in experiences including a Tea Ceremony with Ear Seeding, a Cacao Ritual + Reiki, Reflexology and more. Complementing the wellness program, guests can enjoy live performances by Yonatan Ayal (of Chiiild) and Amsterdam/Ghanaian artist Bnnyhunna, piano virtuosos friqtao and Raffaelle Magliuolo, and a downtempo ambient DJ set curated by Fingerbleed.

There will be an exclusive menu created especially for the event by local brands along with a coffee menu inspired by Azad's XHOTCOFFEE. We're looking forward to offering guests the opportunity to recharge, discover and connect before stepping back into the madness of ADE.
