Kanna Experience
Designed for busy individuals, high-performers, and curious minds seeking to explore the subtle yet profound effects of Kanna, a fast-acting empathogenic (not psychedelic) plant associated with modulating the serotonin system and enhancing mood, focus, and emotional clarity.
This class is designed to be a repeatable experience, a consistent anchor in your week for nervous system regulation, inner alignment, and elevated mood. Each session offers both structure and spaciousness, allowing you to build a deeper relationship with yourself, the plant and your state of mind over time.
Each session includes:
- Brief Kanna micro-dosing intro
- Optional microdose (provided with tea)
- Nervous system priming through breath and somatic movement and mindfulness
- Stillness + integration space (guided and spacious)
Good to know:
No experience with meditation or kanna is needed
To feel the full effects, come on an empty or light stomach
Please arrive on time, we won’t be able to let anyone in once we begin
Important: Kanna is not recommended for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking SSRIs/MAOIs/5-HTP, or living with severe heart conditions or high blood pressure. You’re always welcome to join the session without the microdose.
