Matcha Power Pilates: All Levels + Matcha Included
This morning Power Pilates class focuses on high intensity low impact exercise blending resistance, strength and precise control to create a challenging practice. The class will be fast paced to transition through exercises quickly to get the most out of your workouts. It focuses on building core strength, connecting breath to movement, targeting smaller muscle groups to build resilience and connection to your body. Expect a solid burn, and to leave class feeling challenged and with a calm energy.
After your workout, enjoy a complimentary Matcha on us to kickstart your day! Please note, that this class may not be suitable for those who are pregnant or have existing acute injuries.
Please arrive on time. To respect the space and everyone in it, we won’t be able to let you in once the class has started.
