Article: The Fire Ritual + Adaptogenic Coffee

The Fire Ritual + Adaptogenic Coffee
Description
Fire is transformation: the element of energy, passion and renewal.
This two-hour practice awakens your inner fire through breath, movement, and mindful activation.
We begin this journey by grounding breaths into the belly, stoking the inner flame with intention setting and gentle heat-building pranayama. As the body awakens, dynamic and energizing sequences flow through twists, core activation, and powerful standing postures. Expect warmth rising, the pulse quickening and strength meeting softness.
We close with stillness, supported by deep rest and a guided inner meditation, allowing the fire to settle into clarity and courage.
This class is part of a series (1 of 4) that rotate every week of the month.

Audrey is a passionate yoga- and meditation teacher dedicated to creating experiences that are both grounding and transformative. With a deep fascination for how yoga mirrors our inner world, she emphasizes drishti (focused gaze) and the subtle, embodied sensations of each pose: how it lands in the body, what it stirs and what it reveals. Through this approach, her teachings invite presence, self-discovery and a return to your natural rhythm and joy.
As founder of Sundara Retreat, Audrey designs experiences that nourish both body and mind while creating space for presence, authenticity, and connection. Drawing from yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation and ancient wisdom, she curates immersive retreats that help participants reconnect with their bodies, release what is not theirs, and come home to their natural rhythm and joy.
Sundara means ‘beautiful’ in Sanskrit, but not the kind that lives in the mirror. It refers to the beauty that arises when you are completely yourself. The very beauty that emerges when something exists in its purest, most natural form.
With over 700 hours of yoga training in India, her classes and workshops weave around Sundara. She holds space to reconnect with your body, breath and inner landscape, cultivating moments of reflection, movement, and deep rest.
