Flowstate is the experience of becoming so absorbed in the moment one loses track of time. Join Tensuhi for a three-part journey combining Qi Gong movement, breathwork and Kototama—the Japanese practice of vibrational sound toning—followed by a restorative sound meditation. You’ll explore practices to release tension, shift your mood and reconnect with your body. Movement, breath and voice work together to align the body and focus your mind. You’ll be introduced to Alpha, Beta and Theta brainwave states and explore how sound can support relaxation and focused awareness. You will leave feeling more optimized and activated.
