Expect a dynamic, full-body burn that focuses deeply on core strength, glute activation, and total body toning. Designed to challenge stability, endurance, and control, this session is perfect for those who love a fiery end to their day.

Contraindications: Not suitable for those who are pregnant or dealing with acute injuries.
