What to Expect:
• Blue lotus cacao: Experience the soothing, heart-opening effects of ceremonial grade cacao as part of the session, enhancing your connection to self.
• Gentle Yin Yoga for Openness & Release: Engage in slow, grounding poses that help release tension, open the body, and restore balance. Each pose provides a safe container to let go and surrender.
• IFS Therapy Integration: Discover the healing properties of Self energy as you will be guided through a meditative self-inquiry. Learn to meet and welcome all your parts, creating a sense of inner harmony and self-compassion.
• Inner Exploration & Tools for Daily Life: You’ll learn tools to reconnect with your Self and support your parts, empowering you to integrate these practices into your everyday life.
Sharing Circle: At the end, we hold space for an optional sharing circle. Feel free to participate or leave quietly if you’d prefer not to share.
